We are proud to announce another Showcase Sunday with John Eddie and his band on November 29th. John will be back to play 2 more concerts here at the Works. Another afternoon show which will be an excellent all out acoustic show with Kenny even playing upright Bass and this is something they don’t do too often. Plus an all out John Eddie and the Band for another evening “Rock your Socks Off” extravaganza!! Don’t miss this fantastic event that will help start out our Holiday Season! Benefit Concert for ADHD genetic research being done at CHOP.
Singer/guitarist Mike Kaufman makes a rare Voorhees appearance to benefit research into the genetic causes of ADHD ongoing at CHOP. Groundbreaking stuff! Tell your friends, bring lots of dollars for the donation jar — all money raised goes to CHOP! Some other talented guest performers will also be there.

Open Mic Night going strong!
Our very popular Open Mic Night continues to be a very entertaining evening for performers and listeners alike. Many regular performers continue to come out along with new performers every week. Here’s some pictures from one of the crowded events this past summer.
John Eddie plays Coffee Works
Thanks goes out to John Eddie and his band for putting on 2 great shows this past September 13th, 2009. The afternoon show was opened up by two terrific young performers. Elis Frederick and Camille Peruto who stunned the audience and the evening show was opened by one of our regular weekend performers, Patty Blee. If you missed it you may get another chance as we are trying to bring John and the band back for another concert in the near future.
